This is the perfect opportunity to delve deeper into your yoga practice and spend more time exploring a wider range of poses including inversions, revisit familiar poses in a new light and have time for interaction and Q&A. Morning sessions will focus on Asana (poses) and afternoon sessions will be for quiet, slow and restorative practice including Pranayama and deep relaxation.
